Candidate Referral Program
Bell People is always looking for high quality candidates to satisfy the demands of our high quality clients. At Bell People we place great importance on referrals and we’ll give out rewards to every referrer if placed into a role. If you know someone who you think would be a good fit for a position a role within our Industry specialisations or one of our clients, feel free to refer them.
$500 voucher for a referred candidate placed by Bell People5
If we end up hiring your referred candidate, you are eligible for $500 voucher of your choice.
Our program rules:
- At Bell People guarantee that voucher will be paid 3 months after the start date of the person that is referred.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All vouchers will be paid out accordingly.
- If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the voucher.
- Referrers are still eligible for vouchers even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position.
- Voucher of your choice to the value of $500
