About the Opportunity
Working within a global team, key responsibilities include the following:
- Manage the development of project schedules ensuring all project activities are captured correctly.
- Provide training to Project Managers on Project Vision tool utilization and escalate any issues.
- Follow detailed project plans & create summaries for stakeholders.
- Review data updates & accuracy & provide coaching & guidance to operations.
- Ensure adherence to Project Management development projects & standards.
- Effectively liaise with key internal & external key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Science or Business.
- Project Management software experience.
- Sound experience in tracking project milestones, schedules & project plans & budget schedules.
- Specific Industry experience in pharmaceutical. biotechnology, manufacturing highly desirable.
- Well developed communication & interpersonal skills.
- Key stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effectively liaise with internal & external stakeholders.
