About the Company:

Operating as a major global Multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer with global sites worldwide, our client is well known for its growth and innovation and is an Australian iconic brand in the marketplace.

Due to increase in requirements within the quality team, our client is 
seeking a QC Chemistry Analyst to work in the Stores area to support the visual inspection and testing of incoming raw materials against specifications & raw material acceptance testing. 

About the Opportunity: 
  
Reporting to the QC Team Leader, Key Responsibilities include the following:
  • Perform visual example of incoming goods - raw materials. 
  • Login and acceptance of raw materials using LIMS.
  • Raw material acceptance testing.
  • Deliver samples to the laboratory for testing. 
  • Perform some sampling of chemicals. 
  • Perform Certificate of Analysis check on raw materials against reference on quality system. 
  • Liaise with wide range of stakeholders.  
About You:

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: 
  • A tertiary qualification in Science (Chemistry).
  • Sound laboratory experience with knowledge of regulated industries.
  • Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP & GDP.
  • Sound experience in the use of computer systems for data entry.
  • Sound communication & interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
