About the Company

Our client is one of the world’s leading global pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers of pharmaceutical related products for the local and global market.  

Due to global expansion and growth, an opportunity has now arisen for a QA  Associate to be responsible for qualification and compliance review of validation documents. 

About the Opportunity

Reporting directly into the R&D Senior Manager, key responsibilities include :
  • Compliance review of validation documentation including IQ. OQ & PQ documents.
  • Review of qualification documentation using Quality Management Systems such as Veeva or Trackwise. 
  • Ensure all pre executed documents, Work Instructions, SOP's are updated & reviewed. 
  • Management review & approval of key GMP documentation such as SOP's, Quality Risk Assessments. 
  • Effectively liaise with R&D departments regarding quality related issues associated deviations, change controls etc.
About You - Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in GMP, QA, Regulatory Affairs.
  • Sound experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
  • Sound qualification and validation documentation skills. 
  • Sound interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Well developed interpersonal & communication skills. 
  • Sound relationship building skills with ability to influence key stakeholders.
