We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation renowned for its innovation, quality, and commitment to improving patient outcomes worldwide.
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented & dynamic Senior Project Engineer to join their high-performing team in Melbourne to support the delivery of critical CAPEX based projects.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, key duties include:
- Support planning, execution & delivery of engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Review documentation & liaise with external vendors tracking equipment delivery and documentation.
- Actively participate in the commissioning & qualification of process equipment & utilities.
- Prepare qualification documentation ensuring IQ OQ & PQ documents meet GMP, TGA & FDA requirements.
- Monitor project plans, timelines, budgets and risk assessments.
- Work closely with key internal & external stakeholders.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or related discipline)
- Sound experience in a project engineering role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GMP and validation processes (highly regarded)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
