### Initial Screening Services

Our Initial Screening Service is ideal for clients wanting help to source candidates but preferring to manage the majority of the recruitment process themselves. This option provides: Taking initial brief and identifying key selection criteria Candidate database search Creation and placement of advertisements Handling of all enquiries Application acknowledgments

### Full Screening Services

This option also includes: Initial screening of all applications (as detailed above) Rejection of all unsuitable applications Suitable applications are then forwarded to the client ready to complete the initial interview stage.

### Long List Services

This options includes: All the services of the Full Screening Services All the services of the Full Screening Services The provision of a long list of candidates to the client, application summaries and initial phone interviews.

### Short List Services

For clients wanting someone to handle the majority of the recruitment process but would like to be involved in final checks and negotiations, Bell People offer Short List Services. This option includes: Conducting comprehensive, behavioural-based interviews of applicants. Initial reference, qualification, work status and police checks. Creation of a candidate profile against key selection criteria. Communication to unsuccessful applicants.
