Sue Campbell – Director
Sue has extensive experience in the recruitment industry and has been successfully recruiting professionals in the engineering, technical, science and IT disciplines within the food, pharmaceutical, healthcare, general manufacturing and resources sectors.
Prior to establishing Bell in 2007, Sue was responsible for developing and managing major client accounts and master vendor agreements and was involved in the implementation of a range of HR services for clients including workforce planning, candidate management plans and client account management strategies.
Pivotal to Sue’s success is her technical knowledge, detailed understanding of the client’s recruitment needs, business objectives and how they influence the overall workforce strategy.
Maria Julienne – Recruitment Consultant
Maria is a Recruitment Consultant with over 20 years of experience working in the recruitment and staffing industry. Maria is involved in recruiting Engineering and Science professionals for the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries.
Maria’s previous experience involved recruiting professionals for the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Creative, Financial, IT & Technical industries within Australia and European markets. Recruiting candidates across all levels from Resourcer, Researcher, Business Development, Consultant, Senior Management to Board Level.
Graeme Godsman – Project Recruitment Consultant
Graeme’s extensive experience in procurement and contracts within the petrochemical, oil and gas, mining, utilities and related industries allows Bell to achieve win/win situations for clients and candidates alike. Graeme fully understands a client’s real needs and can consistently find the right candidate.
