About the Company

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and delivering life-changing therapies.

With continued investment in advanced manufacturing, an opportunity has now arisen for a Commissioning & Qualification Engineer to play a key role in major capital projects within a GMP-regulated environment. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment, systems, and facilities are commissioned and qualified in line with regulatory and quality requirements.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior C&Q Manager, key responsibilities include the following:
  • Plan, coordinate & manage the execution of qualification activities for major project.
  • Translate detailed test plans & generate test scripts, protocols & execute qualification tests on site (FAT/SAT/DQ/IVOV).
  • Review & input GxP documentation such as URS, Risk Assessments, Change Controls.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards & regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders such as Engineering, Project Delivery, Execution Systems, Stability, Validation, R&D & QC.
About You

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in C&Q within pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated manufacturing industry.
  • Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical processing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and validation lifecycle principles
  • Sound problem solving skills & stakeholder engagement.
  • Well Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self motivation, dynamic & enthusiasm required.
  • Ability to work with wide range of stakeholders.
