Due to ongoing growth, our client is now seeking to appoint a Facilities Engineer Coordinator to provide overall operational support for facility & maintenance function for major new facility.


About the Opportunity


Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, key duties include the following:
  • Support planning & scheduling of shutdowns on a regular basis.
  • Review documentation working closely with quality, deviations & investigations.
  • Manage SAP date, raise work orders & check work orders are in SAP.
  • Support coordination activities between internal & external key stakeholders & external vendors.
  • Review the maintenance of CMF equipment, inventory management & documentation within the facility.
  • Effectively liaise with all internal & external key stakeholders.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical).
  • Specific experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry experience.
  • Sound experience in HVAC, WFI & pure steam.
  • Sound experience with clean room facilities and practices.
  • MS Office skills & SAP highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Sound stakeholder engagement & relationship building skills.
